"Absolutely horrendous service department. The idea of having an appointment is a mystery to this office. 730 appointment - tech doesn't come in until 8. Associate blames it on the 3rd party service that books appointments. Over 2 hours for a simple oil change. Clueless staff, uncaring techs...will not be surprised if they use the wrong type of oil and fluids. Great car dealer - horrible service center. Will never use again."
