Clearly we aren’t all paint experts so it’s expected that the employees at Sherwin Williams would help you find what you are looking for. Shame on them. Make sure you help every customer with the same respect. Luckily, there are many other places to get paint from."

"Gave 3 stars because not all the employees are rude like one in particular. I just stopped by to drop off a swatch to have matched and mixed, was going to come back later and pick it up. I was told when I walked in the door that I was unable to be helped and would have to come back in 30 minutes. What kind of store denies its customer service? Let's just say we do our best to use a different location whenever possible."

"New pickup service was used for this visit. Order was done over the phone and why well but I was surprised that we paid onsite instead of over the phone. No wipes or hand sanitizer to use after interacting with the sales agent."

"The store was pretty much out of all paints and he staff wasn’t properly educated on how to mix paint. I’ve bought paint only from Sherwin-Williams and this time disgruntled me. They told me I was getting a discount but landed up paying more for the paint than I would if I just bought from the sale"
