"Customer for several years and nothing but terrible service the whole time. Delivery drivers won’t show up sometimes for a few days, billing is never right, sales reps that visit the shop don’t know anything, especially the new ones. They’ll take orders then when it shows up in a few weeks it will all be the wrong stuff. Bought two new Miller welders from them and when one had an issue early on in its warranty, they wouldn’t fix it, took two months of a down welder with me calling regularly to get anyone out. Sales rep doesn’t know about welding, service tech couldn’t figure it out, local Miller rep came out and didn’t know to turn on shielding gas. Machine is still broken, had to get help from corporate Miller. If your looking for a store that doesn’t know anything about their product, has poor customer service, lazy sales people and won’t follow through on literally anything, this is the store for you."

"They will NOT answer the phone after 4pm even though They close at 4:30 And this time I had just left there My call was ignored three times!!! It makes sense now because the phone was ringing when I was there. You always have to get the other salesperson to help you out because the one you're dealing with has already closed as register for the day even though it's nowhere close to closing time. If you can't handle a 7 hour shift go home and let someone else have your job that wants it!!"
