"They customer service is horrible. The lady didn’t want to give anything answers to my questions about opening and availability. When I asked for a day she rudely responded saying there was no openings still not explaining their availability. Which cause for me to look for a different salon; forgetting about the appointment. Day of the appointment called and without me finishing my sentence spoke “okay bye!” and hung up. I hope someone could help them get an better uplifting attitude when it comes to customers who wants to spend with them."

"I paid 180 for this style it was not neat at all. She makes you pay up front so when they are being rude by taking a lunch after already being late you won’t leave. The were suppose to be box braids, size medium! These braids are jumbo & spacey In the middle,which is very ugly! These braids didn’t last a good 2 weeks! She left big Strands out of the braids in some places. She was very unprofessional, rude and 30 minutes late! They also overcharge! They are a complete rip off! Go some where else it’s not worth losing money or going to jail."
