"If I could leave a zero star I would. The girl behind the counter could not help when the car wash took my money and completely stopped as soon as I drove in. If it’s broken, that’s fine. Understandable. Something needs to be posted saying that however. She was absolutely no help when she said “I don’t do car wash” “you come back when manager is here” and refused to give me her name even after I explained it was to simply say so and so told me to come back and talk to you since she had nothing to do with the car wash. Absolute worst customer service. I give them the benefit of the doubt from previous bad experiences, but they are absolutely ridiculous as a business."
