"I loved the way that Taylor trimmed my hair. She took her time to make sure it was even and didn’t take off too much. I just wish they were a bit more transparent about their pricing. I was told between 30-50$ for a women’s haircut. I was thinking closer to 30$ since I only wanted a dry trim but I ended up paying 45$ plus the tip. Just felt it was a bit high for a dry cut and wish I’d known. (They won’t give you an exact price over the phone)"

"This was the one of the best experiences I have had at a hair salon! I've been going to the Glossary for over 6 years but the past few years I've bounced around between stylists. Now I know I will be seeking out Jenna as long as she's there! She was excited and cheerful, and made me feel super comfortable. Her personality is such a bright fun light! But her skill on hair?? Genius! She listened to what I wanted, made sure the style fit my hair and needs and then ensured I got exactly what I was wanting! I've never had a stylist take me back to the bowl when the color wasn't exactly as she expected but Jenna knew the color wasn't quite there and knew how to adjust. I left with stunning hair that was literally my dream photo on my head!"
