"I had the displeasure of speaking to this lady on behalf of Salon 106. It is my understanding that as a whole of the company you want to present a courteous and helpful team. I was trying to set up an appointment for two days. When I called back again a third time, this lady answered. She was the rudest person I had encountered in a long time. I asked about making an appointment, and she said that Heather had gone on spring break, so when she gets back she will get my message..As I started to say, ok, well, I wish someone had called,...(was not finished talking)I was interrupted..what I was going to say was I wish someone had called and just told me that it would be awhile before anyone would call me back...instead I got an earful from this lady about there was nothing she could do...and just got rude and defensive...I was shocked by this..so I just hung the phone up..I certainly did not deserve that. anyway...guess what she did after that? I guess she felt she had to get the last word...I don't know how these people think...but she gave me another earful about not calling her number again, that they all work alone...well, wasn't that nice??? OMG, I will wait for Heather to get back...I hope she is not there when I set up an appointment...I almost feel like I need to put a restraining order against her..she was extremely volatile..I can see from past reviews she is struggling..."
