"This place has really downhill, the service has become mid-tier. It is not the locations issue but when booking online, it is always a extra 40 minutes added on when you get there. I had been taking my son here to get his haircut for years. I will not be returning as I am not going to be wasting my time booking a haircut, drive 20 minutes there and have to sit in the lobby for another hour after being told my stylist is ready."

"Walk-in welcomes and convenience. What I don’t like, is that your workers are standing on their feet all day on hard floors. They literally make mats for just that purpose. To prevent having to stand on a hard surface continuously for a long shift. You can do better. Buy some mats for your workers. If you keep your workers happy and don’t burden their jobs with ridiculous rules that don’t amount to a hill of beans, they’ll continue to work for you and give you years of service, which will decrease your turnover rate."
