Spiffy

"I have been coming here for years, but lately I have noticed that the service is not as awesome as it used to be. Also, they continuously have different workers and not all of the workers seem to care or pay attention to detail. If I pay for full service, which is the manager’s special I should not have to pull around and have to get out of my car and have to still wipe and clean my car. Yes, I had to do this in my church clothes and church shoes. Not to mention that I lost one of my rear mud/splash guard in their car wash today. I am NOT happy at all! I paid, worked and still lost my possessions. I sat there over 30 minutes waiting on cars to stop coming through for them to say they looked through the car was and could not find my splash guard in the tunnel. There are a lot of other car wash places around,. Therefore, I would advise you to choose one of them and avoid Spiffy by all means possible. Trust me!!!!!"

"Much improved. In the past you could not get full service, there were many excuses. Seems to be new crew that does a really good job"

"Stopped by to get the full service wash and vacuum. Was 2 minutes late 6:02 to get the service so I just got the basic $7 wash and would come back later. Went through the wash and showed the attendant that the front was still dirty. I was told "not garenteed" so they would not rewash the car. I WAS STILL IN THE PARKING LOT AND HAD NOT LEFT!!! WOW, I have never been this dissatisfied"

"They told me to come back tomorrow and they'll do it again no charge, their pressure was broke...I thought for full service my inside would have been at least wiped down better and smell good, we'll see what happens tomorrow!"
