"Paid $19 for a car wash today and it came out still dirty. My husband recently took his truck through and it came out with soap all down the side and the back. Some of the vacuums dont work and the area where you vacuum is dirty so when you step back in your car, it's dirty again.I don't know what has happened here but I will not go back."
"This is the best car wash in the area, but that does not say a lot since, there are 2 other car washes that are do it yourself in Gulf Shores and are poorly managed. Overall, it is good. I don’t go all out for the top car wash I usually get the $5 wash with the $5 additional tire wash. The attendance there spray and wash prior to going through and the wash itself is good. The vacuums are free and had good suction. (FYI to those who think the vacuums stop and cannot be used, there is a button to turn it on). I use the free towels to wipe down my rims and I bring my own cleaners to clean the inside, but there is cleaners available. I would like them to upgrade and provide air to blow the dust from inside and a high pressure spray to spray the mats. I would definitely pay more for that and this would be a 5 star car wash. A shampoo machine and fragrance machine would also be awesome. Looks like it would actually be managed here. No one in the area manages the shampoo and fragrance machines that are available."
"I paid $18 for my full car wash and unfortunately left with it not looking like I even went through a car wash. I used to visit this place all the time before it became blue moose and I used to have them do a full wash and vacuum to my car and it was always outstanding. Now it's pretty subpar and I'm going to try and find a new place to go."
"This is actually the Blue Moose Car Wash. I have used many of the top car wash companies in South Alabama. This one compares as good as as the best of them. They have covered parking for when you vacuum your car. The vacuum is included free with the car wash. If you are like me and live close to the beach, you may want to get the monthly package. Salt and beach sand can be rough on the outside of a vehicle. It's good to take 5 minutes to run through the car wash a couple of times a week."
"Would post zero stars I could. Paid for the most expensive car wash, and left with a still dirty car. I was also basically forced out of there while I was vacuuming. They cut the vacuum off before I was even REMOTELY finished!"
