"If I could give negative stars I would. This place is nearly impossible to get a hold of and when you do it’s texting through some website. God forbid your child is actually sick and needs to be seen because they are constantly “booked up” I’ll be taking my child elsewhere to doctors who actually care for the kids"

"For the most part, we have had a good experience here until this week. For unusual circumstances, I needed a flu vaccine exemption for my children (they are up to date on all required immunizations and are extremely healthy kids - never had flu, strep, Covid etc). But because they “recommend it” they refused to give me one. No matter anyone’s stance on vaccines, it should be a red flag that we, as parents, do not have the final say on what goes into our children’s bodies… ESPECIALLY when it comes to vaccines that are not legally required. Moving forward, we will be seeing doctors who respects and supports our choices as parents."

"West Alabama Pediatrics provides top-notch care! The staff is very friendly and willing to answer any question that comes their way. The office space is clean, organized, and child friendly; I feel comfortable letting my baby explore the waiting area. I am bad about playing “phone tag” but the Klara messaging system eliminates that issue. Communication is quick and easy!"

"We love our pediatricians! Always thorough and listen to my questions or concerns. The staff are friendly and personable and explain things so well. I love that I can wait in my car when my kids are sick."

"Our experience has been fairly good. However, expect long waits and it is not uncommon for a mother (even holding a 6 month-old) to have to wait 50 minutes for a doctor to come into the room. There are systemic issues with management and effective use of clients time."
