"My wife and I has been in the market for new flooring for almost a year and decided to shop at Floor & Decor of Mobile. On Sunday February the 4th my wife and I decided to purchase the Caspian Tawny vinyl planks Brad the manager was the sales associate that helped us... Once we got home my wife went on Floor & Decor website and found that she liked the Titan Auburn better than the Caspian Tawny... The next day Monday February the 5th she called back to the store and spoke with Brad and he said that the Titan Auburn had been discontinued there at the Mobile store but he could order it from another store... So that evening my wife and I drove back over to Mobile from Pensacola and was seen by the other manager Phillip who proceeded to help us change our order. My wife and I had already spent $11,836. 63 and once Phillip explained to us that more planks came into the box of Auburn Titan and that we owed an additional $294.49 which brought the total to $12,131.12. My wife asked Phillip when would our merchandise be delivered. He responded by Wednesday 7th of February. Our order was never delivered on that day nor did we get a phone call as to why... So my wife called the store and spoke back to Phillip and he assured her that we would be receiving our order on Thursday the 8th which we never received....Once we had a second no show on our delivery we were really put us in a bad spot considering we had a guy scheduled to start the install on Friday February the 9th. So my wife called back to the store and tried to speak with Brad, he was busy so she spoke back to Phillip who then gave us a tracking number to see what the status was with our order. My wife then called the Sanford Florida Floor & Decor and spoke with Emily who informed her that the merchandise hadn't been picked up as of around 11:30 that morning and that she would give her a call as soon as or order had been picked up to be delivered...Emily never called back, so we assumed that the order was not going to be picked up for delivery to make it to us on time for installation... I then called the Floor & Decor in Mobile to speak to Brad and again the person I spoke with said that Brad was busy and she would have him to call me back, I never received a call back... I then called the customer care number and spoke with Monica who was very helpful and asked if she could cancel my order. She informed me that I would get a full refund once the merchandise make it back to the Sanford store. After spending over $12,000, my wife and I should not have gotten the run around the way we did. We looked at Floor & Decor as a professional business who pride themselves in customer service but that wasn't in our case.... So buyers be aware of the Mobile store and also the store in Sanford Florida, the service after the sale was not on par with the amount money we spent."
