I went to get a simple latch fixed/replaced for my center counsel, and Nedra (I might have butchered his name) found that my vehicle was owed a transmission upgrade and flush for no cost. He could’ve just let that go or not even taken the time to tell me, but he made sure that I was informed and let me decide. The showroom and waiting area are clean and they have refreshments available if you need to wait for a longer time. They were the closest (40 minutes away) Acura dealership and service to where I live but I would go there anyway because they went above and beyond. They even washed my vehicle before returning it to me when they were done fixing everything."
