"Our friends had a car on hold and as many other reviews have stated they “re-rented” their vehicle before we arrived. When I asked why we didn’t receive the standard phone call before re-renting his response was “oh but we have a 40% no show rate”. That’s a terrible excuse, your lot is not stocked at all, excuse after excuse. They didn’t even hold it an hour. We drove an hour to get them here as they’re stranded back in Dauphin to sit in the lobby pissed for over an hour. Turn the renting option off online if you’re really out of cars. Quite literally have more bodies in the building doing nothing than they have cars in Mobile apparently. We sat in here over an hour waiting on them to “put gas” in a returned truck and drive it “around the building”. Enterprise needs to recognize the need for cars in this area and stock up this location ASAP. Strongly advise against renting from this location. Happy to “be patient” if you’d stick to the rentals booked online as expected."

"Went into this location on 8.12.23 after being involved in an accident the night before to pick up a rental car.. The accident was horrible, getting my insurance company to arrange a tow was horrible, BUT Phillip at this Enterprise location was WONDERFUL!! He was the only person there, and he had quite a few people come in right before they were supposed to be closing at Noon.. But he was pleasant, kind, courteous and professional.. Being involved in an accident is rough, but Phillip made picking up my rental exceptionally easy and pleasant..Thank you Phillip!"

"have a 2020 rental that had a problem with the transmission, went to 4 different locations and they all said they couldn't put me in something different after 2 days orf a run-a-round i had to sit for 2 hours and wait for them to finally get us back on the road. no discounts or anything will NEVER use them again."
