"Associates were very nice and helpful. Store was clean and nicely laid out. Scrap lumber was available; if just needing small amount for project; instead of full dimensional pieces. Reasonably priced as well. Aug.12- still very well stocked, and greeted as soon as you're through the door. Had way better lumber selection than others in the Monroeville area, and service was quick.. will be returning, thanks. 02.09.23- always a pleasure to shop here.. people are kind and helpful, plus; always have every thing in stock, or enough to keep me going till next time.. walked in with twelve items for two projects on my list-- they had it all.. 07.20.23 - again, always helpful people assisting in finding exactly what you need; or something that will work.. was in and out in less than a half hour, with all the hardware for most of my projects.. their shelves are always well stocked; so I'll keep coming back.."

"Very poor customer service. I must have been wearing my invisible cloaking device. Had several employees walking around and none acknowledged my presence. Was told by one ederly female employee to go search for what I wanted and then come back and someone would help me. When I returned, no one was on the floor. This place needs to work on its customer service. I will certainly never visit again or recommend this place to anyone until they treat everyone equally."
