"I had an appointment right before the thanksgiving holiday. The appointment went well. I have some tooth decay from previous pregnancy & a genetic condition. I was so excited to finally be in the right track to get my teeth fixed . The dentist said my teeth would be good as new by Christmas. During my check out I was told I needed permission from my OB/GYN and to have that sent to the office. I ended up grabbing the letter myself and hand delivering it to the office because I was just so ready to get started.. she told me she would call me after thanksgiving and set up my appointments. I waited a week and didn’t hear back. I ended up calling and left a voicemail. Never heard back. I called again a few days later and never got an answer. I feel like they took advantage of my Medicaid and just wanted to take the 10+ X-rays and clean my teeth so they could bill it and make some easy quick money. I don’t think they ever had intentions of actually doing the tooth extraction and the few root canals I needed. Going to the dentist is very hard for me because I am so ashamed of my teeth. I wish they would have just never seen me in the first place. They knew I was pregnant when i originally called. They should have been upfront and honest with me. By reading the other reviews this seems to be a common thing with this establishment. I will be calling the Medicaid agency and reporting this suspicious behavior. I’ll will also talk with gulf coast total care and have them removed from the Medicaid dental provider list. I don’t think it’s fair to treat people this way and completely take advantage of them the way they are. If all of this was a complete misunderstanding and they just didn’t feel comfortable doing the work they should have called and been upfront about it… completely ghosting a patient is so very unprofessional."

"If I could give 0 stars I would! Donna is acts so incredible incompatible of doing her job! I went in for my appointment and I showed her EVERYTHING she asked for she kept telling me I needed something else I showed her proof of Medicaid, my gulf coast total care packet, and my Drivers license and she tells me I have to call Medicaid and get a reference number and term ID. I call Medicaid and they don’t have of that they just give you the Medicaid number. Don’t bother going to this dentist office if your going to have to speak to her!!"

"Receptionist forgot to give me back my drivers license and insurance card.had to make a drive back to the office. She thought it was joke. Laughing. No apologies or nothing,I won't be going back because of Donna."
