"I have to start by saying that Joey and Cory at Ala-Tune are amazing to work with. Till now, I have always taken my F350 to Ford for any work. "The owner Joey is honest and treats each customer as if he's known you all your life. He is his staff are very busy but you'd never know it because they take time to explain the repair and how much it will cost before turning a wrench. If something changes I'm sure he/they would let you know before performing additional work, but this has never happened to me... but it's possible. He gets the work done when he says he will. His prices are very reasonable and he stands behind his work. HIGHLY Recommended!!"

"I brought my 2003 Acura MDX with 241,000 miles in to replace the timing belt and drive belt. Also to figure out why the a/c unit was not blowing air and why the driver side window was not working. Also I asked them to change the transmission fluid, differential fluid & cabin air filter. Finally to check the motor mounts and axle that was leaking fluid. I was very impressed with the proprietor and main mechanic Joey Bocchino. He took his time explaining what work needed to be done and what work did not need to be done. He provided me an estimate up front for all the work to be performed. I asked him to check the motor mounts because the local Acura dealer told me my motor mounts were broken and I needed new motor mounts at a cost of about $375.00. Joey inspected the mounts and discovered they were not broken and saved me $375.00. It was a different experience than going to a dealers service center. At Ala-Tune, I was able to talk directly with the mechanic. He even invited me into the shop to inspect the work he himself was performing on the vehicle, the worn out parts that needed replacing and other issues he found. He even recharged the a/c unit for free. He was concerned that after he installed a new blower for the cabin as I requested that I would not experience optimal comfort due to moisture that may have accumulated in the a/c unit. So, rather than call me and ask for this additional service and cost, he simply recharged the a/c system with freon at no charge. The overall price was fair and reasonable and saved me about 25% of what I would have spent at the local Acura dealership."
