"I am a veteran referred to this office by our community care program. It took me over a year to get this appointment and her staff apparently doesn’t know how to correctly do the reimbursement paperwork. I was told in a rude and unprofessional manner that my appointment was cancelled. When I contacted the VA the error is on their part for not submitting the claim correctly. I also sent her a new patient and even though they thanked me for that I have become a pawn for her office and the VA . Dr Thomas has a nasty attitude so I will not continue my care there. I would not recommend her services because they keep you sitting waiting on her for hours before you are seen. I had an 8am appointment but was there for over four hours waiting in her. I do not recommend this office."
