"Hate even wasting the time to write this, but went in requesting neck be trimmed. Grew my hair out for a year so I could man bun it up in court and argue to the judge if I was a female I would have a better chance at custody. Also grew it out as part of a religious vow. Literally ask the lady to clean up my neck and around my ears. Took off my glasses and in a few minutes I realized she was an obese selfish disobedient pain in the neck. B/c all the did the entire time was disobey and cut away "laying" my hair by cutting about 6-9 months of growth off that I specifically requested not be touched. Sorry, but a disobedient woman. Worst haircut I've had b/c I got use to long hair. And I had one standard - I still want to be able to pull it up. Apparantely Kaitlin just does whatever she wants. Sorry again - but very disappointed. Became Catholic and always told as a man to keep my hair short and still just confused why a person would just do something so bizarre. Almost like she just turned off her ears and acted like she was listening and then did whatever she wanted. It's uneven in the sides. Totally cannot bind my hair in any regard and frankly just feel disrespected. May she not treat her faith and the law like she did my request to "clean up the back and get it off my ears, but I want to be able to still pull my hair up" - then wack wack wack as she willed. Nasty bad haircut."

"My mother gets her hair cut and styled here. She likes the stylists here and they cut her hair the way she likes it cut. Nice people too, they walked her out to the car where I was waiting for her."

"I normally love going here but my stylist left so I tired a new one. Did not do what I wanted. My ends are greenish. Not even 3 weeks later and the color has left my hair. I've done color safe shampoo and everything. Will just do it by myself."

"This was the first time going to this location. I walked in...made eye contact with the hair stylist who was cutting someone's hair. I quietly sat down waiting her to finish....thinking she would then check me in (she didn't speak to me when I entered). About 5 min after I sat down a gentleman walks through the door...she promptly greets him and walks to the computer asking his first name to check him in....she was still cutting the same mans hair when this person walked in. 1 female hairstylist....3 male patrons (another male was there waiting when I walked in). I promptly got up and left. Now I have no idea if this is SOP for this salon but as a first impression I would say this one is only for men."
