"Beaute Nail Spa is my favorite nail spa in the entire area. All the nail techs do a great job. My nails always look amazing whether it's gel, powder or traditional polish. The owners and staff are very friendly and accommodating with appointments or walk in service."

"Would love to give 5 stars here. But based on the second visit, I cannot. My first time was amazing. I went in on a Monday or Tuesday morning The lady I had was so meticulous and such a perfectionist. I was so pleased and my gel polish lasted almost a month! The pedicure she gave me was amazing as well!! I decided to go in again but went in on a Saturday morning. My sister had died so I needed service on a weekend. The shop was busy. They passed me off to a very young man that spoke not a word of English, which is no problem, but he didn’t even listen to his mentor . He was strategically sitting beside someone to interpret for him and tell him what to do and answer me. I’m sorry to say the service he gave me was horrible. The next day my polish chipped. I was not doing anything heavy duty to make it come off. I had also asked for a pedicure, but did not dare let him. My nails have been in awful shape since then. He also became frustrated when I asked to please make them more round. Not pleasant at all. I will not return until I know who to ask for or that my service will be executed with the utmost care and precision. My money for myself does not come easily. I was upset. And still am. I tipped him even though I wanted to cry."
