I was there simply for a routine x-ray and cleaning, both of which were covered under my medicare provider. X-rays were done, but they refused to do the cleaning, choosing to spend the rest of my visit trying to up-sell me on a deep cleaning which was not covered by insurance BEFORE they would do the covered cleaning.
