"Walked up at 5:15 and the door hours clearly state 9-6. Two women were in there and just looked at me as I pulled on the already locked door. Post your business hours appropriately if you're not going to provide a service during posted business hours."

"My sister and her son went to this in Trussville super cute, and did not have a good experience. My nephew was crying, (he is about to be 2) bc he doesn’t like hair cuts, but they were rude and my niece who is 3 tired to talk to them and they just ignored her. A woman that wasn’t even hitting his hair asked why he is so bad? Really! And mam you aren’t cutting his hair and don’t worry we WILL NOT be back. So have kids would not bring them here, the seemed like the did not want us to be there at all."

"We walked in the door 15 til 6pm. The girl cutting hair said, "Sorry I only have time to cut one person's hair." We waited for 10 minutes. She was still cutting the SAME person's hair that was in the chair before we arrived. Three more customers arrived and she turned all of them away. We will NEVER go back to this location."
