"Review is on Alicia not the Salon. The Salon and other stylist are Amazing! I love Posh Salon. Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with Alicia. It’s a Saturday and it was obvious she was busy and rushing. She was working on a color at the same time she was scheduled to cut my sons hair. As she cut I realized it wasn’t what we asked for so I tried to show her a photo I had. She didn’t look at the photo and cut me off saying she wasn’t done yet. Fair, so I sat back down. When she got finished it wasn’t what we asked for. I went ahead and paid. Then my son complained about pain on his neck as she cut his hair. I looked at his neck and he had razor burn.He also had hair all over him, so I quietly asked her to come speak with us when she finished rinsing her other client. I began explaining that I had some concerns about his burns and hair all over him. Before I could mention the haircut was not what was asked for she rushed off to get her hair dryer to blow the hair off. I followed with my son to try to continue our conversation and she turned the hair dryer on while I was speaking and started trying to blow the hair off my son from where he was standing. I stepped between him and the hairdryer and used my arms to create separation so I could talk to her about the cut but she went ballistic saying “Don’t touch me” and started getting loud and yelling at me. I guess I touched her when I stepped between them?!? At this point the whole salon knew what was going on. It’s unfortunate because I was trying to keep it peaceful and private between us. She told me she was busy, her daughter had called several times and men’s cuts shouldn’t take long and blamed the bad cut on his “cowlicks” (which he doesn’t have) The owner was amazing and calm the whole time. She was apologetic and sincere. Once the owner began talking with me Alicia just left and went back to the color. Never apologized, never took time to listen to our concerns, never tried to fix it, didn’t offer a refund, didn’t try to sooth the burn, Just left. I understand she was very busy, had a stressful few days and had personal things going on but that does not excuse her actions and unwillingness to listen to a client during or after service. She had one excuse after another and had no interest in making anything right. Ultimately we left with a terrible haircut, burns on his neck, and hair all over him because she made a huge scene and we were so embarrassed. I‘ll be back to Posh because I personally use a different stylist who is amazing and we have never had an issue with anyone else there but I will never use her as a barber again. She acted highly unprofessional. Issues that could have been very easily and peacefully resolved escalated very quickly because she was in a rush. Photo shows the burns on his neck 30 minutes after cut. **Editing to add that I took my son to the pediatrician a few days later for an issue I thought was unrelated and his pediatrician asked us if he had a hair cut recentely. Alicia had given my son folliculitis which will happen if you are using a dull dirty razor. He explained it as ripping the hair from the scalp and bacteria entering the inflamed follicules. He recommended some products and a discussion with the stylist. I spoke with the owner about it and let her handle it from there. Do NOT use her for barber service or any service that requires clippers**"

"Firstly, please remove my cc info from your system. You guys are beyond shady. $230.75 for brown color and a few highlights? And OVER 6 hours my daughter was there. What can you do to someones hair for OVER 6 hours. And then have the audacity to tell her she needs to leave a $35 tip instead of a $20 tip. WOW!!! After the tip it was $258.75... I don't mind paying extra when you're getting a good product but her hair didn't even look like the picture. She is upset and now I have to pay someone else to do it. The lady that did it was nice, I will give her that, but everything that followed, disgusts me. You should be ashamed after quoting her $175. Looks like you got that extra tip anyway didn't you? Good for you!"

"Posh Salon and all the stylists are AWESOME! I had a new stylist today, and she SAVED my hair! After I attempted to face frame at home (don’t be like me), I thought my hair was ruined, but Haley used her skills to perfectly frame the pieces around my face, and trimmed up my uneven ends as well. She’s a long hair girly, like me, so she understood the assignment as far as keeping my hair tastefully long. Thank you, Haley!! I will be back! :)"

"I got some length cut off and my boyfriend got a trim by Haley Perry. I think she did a wonderful job! I love my hair cut and she was very nice and helpful. The salon was great and smelled really nice. Will definitely be going back! I recommend this place for sure!"
