"First of all, Dr. Weissman no longer serves clients at this office so be warned! There has been, over time, a big drop-off in the quality of service. I no longer recognize anyone in the office. I've never needed anything done under the new ownership except a cleaning and x-rays until several months ago. Things seemed different but it didn't impact my experience except I noticed the staff turnover. However, that all changed when several months ago when I needed to get a crown reset that pulled away from my tooth. The tech (assistant) seemed very unsure of herself. I know from experience the tooth needs to be cleaned and prep'd very carefully before placing the crown back on the tooth. The whole process seemed like they cut corners just to get me out of there quickly. I believe this had a lot to do with my crown coming loose again. I called before noon on a Friday (23rd) to see if they could see me. I got a recorded message with no indication the office closed at noon or who I could call if had an emergency. Today (Monday 26th) I get a call saying they can work me in this morning but I've already got appointments made this morning because I never heard back from anyone. I said I can come in this afternoon 3-5pm. I was told they could not accommodate. I could say more but this is not the manner in which Dr. Weissman delivered care to his patients. Jeff Ammon"

"Very bad experience since new and inexperienced dentist Quoted double the price for a night guard not covered by insurance compared to the dentist I now see now. Very limited scope of knowledge/experience and only one young dentist in the whole practice who came off as very defensive when asked for a consult in an area he lacked experience. Staff and hygienists are all very nice and professional although there does seem to be a high staff turnover. Do NOT recommend when there are lots of other choices in the area."
