"Very unprofessional staff and doctor. Office is filthy with outdated equipment which is held together with tape and chewing gum. Dust and dirt inches thick on ceiling fan, floor fan, tv, in corners of the rooms. Dried secretions and bodily fluids on equipment, walls and furniture. Topical numbing medication is dried out and expired. Staff doesn't wear gloves as they don't have any in stock. Food handling gloves are in one room and they aren't used either. I wonder how sterile are the dental tools. ALSO check your insurance statements for fraudulent claims and repetitive charges. Staff is very disrespectful to the doctor and he was very out of character and disrespectful to me. There must be mismanagement of finances because the office hasn't been maintained. Office opens at no certain time and dentist arrives 1-2 hours after the office opens. The cheapest quality of products are presented at extravagant prices. I Do Not recommend this service."

"Would give Zero stars if was possible very not together was told to come in as a walk in from 9am intill 12pm I waited 45 minutes in my car not for anyone to show face.at946 am a woman pull's up to get drop off with a attitude to open up office and told to come back at 1130 so hurt on this Rocky start hopefully to post a better review in the future"

"My first time getting a wisdom tooth pulled the staff were extremely nice and welcoming. Felt very comfortable and the sign in process was easy and simple. I was there for about an 1hr and 45mins that included sign in numbing and the extraction. Thorough step by step explanations from the assistant and the Dr. himself. Very educated staff. The extraction happened so fast I had to ask,"was it out?". I will recommend this office to everyone. Prices are not outrageous, just overall caters to the need and the convience of the patient."

"I just did my visit on January 21,2022. Everything was great, the assistants did their job. I went in being positive about the whole process. Dr. Ford was kind and patient . He is a great guy very understanding, I will be returning in two weeks have to get my wisdom tooth pulled so, I have three more to go. I know I will be in great hands. Thank you Dr. Ford and staff."
