"I have been in and out of Orbit for years. When it’s good, it’s great . . . But then I have those times where I think “why did I ever come back here?”. Walked in for my last appointment, was told the stylist was running a bit behind. Fine, it happens. Offered a spot in the lobby and a beer, as per usual - no complaint there, always hospitable. 45 minutes later after sitting in the lobby having not been updated or even talked to further, I received a hasty apology from the receptionist on my way out the door as I left. Stylist never bothered to come and have a word, no phone call, nothing. Maybe customers are a dime a dozen so it’s not worth the effort, but there’s plenty of other joints that do a good haircut."
