"Just coming to update my review. I wish I could give 10 stars but anywho, my 17yr old son lost his wallet there on Valentines Day. I went to the store the next day to let management know. They were so understanding they even let me look around in the theater twice. Needless to say I couldn't find it because I really didn't know where to look because I wasn't there. The next day they called me and told me they had the employees throughly look for it, and it was found. With everything in tact, i was shocked and happy at the same time. Great customer service is hard to find but it's definitely here. Thanks so much management I wish I got their names but they know who they are."

"Don't know why all the reviews are so negative, probably went after a high-school crowd destroyed everything. Tickets weren't bad and the theater was clean. Food prices were high but so are... all theaters, that's just how they make money. I enjoyed my visit here"

"Went and saw Napoleon yesterday. This is a dying theater. Icee machine down. Popcorn was room temperature. Our theater (11) had no circulating air and it had a sour odor. Multiple seats covered with black trash bags. It'll be a cold day in hell before I spend $40 at the theater again."

"Staff were friendly. Pricing of snacks is typical. We saw Five Nights of Freddie and there were no safety lights on the stairs. Once the movie started it was very dark,which is great. However, there were a few people who got up during the movie and had a difficult time going up and down the steps. This is a true safety issue that needs to be fixed before someone falls and the movie theater is financially responsible. Other than that, it was great."

"We enjoyed our time there! Employees are very sweet and kind, the place is clean. They have massive screens very clear vision, there auditoriums are big and chairs are comfortable. However outside light Letters sign needs reparing some of them weren't working."
