"Attempted to get a brand recommendation on LVP at 20mil thickness and was told repeatedly (3x) while on the phone that she could not give me one since they carry so many. I narrowed my request to mid-grade and mid-price. Again, same answer. So I asked why they couldn't recommend any product that they carry. Same answer. I had some brands that they carry in mind but wasn't partial anything specific as this was for an investment property. I was ready to place an order for 1500sqft that day. Went elsewhere after receiving much better customer service from a local competitor."

"I have always had a great experience at Madison Flooring. I haven't contracted with them for any work, but I walk in from time to time for home projects. The customer service and advice has always been top notch. It's so nice not having to fight for a parking spot at Lowe's and then stand in a checkout line for 10min. "I've only gone here for Benjamin Moore paint, but the guys are super friendly and patient. I've been here multiple times with my children who love looking at flooring samples while we waited for our paint. And they carried it out to my car for me. The last time I went in was because adhesive pulled the paint up off a wall in my home that was painted by the previous owners. I took a paint chip off my wall and they were able to match it amazingly! I was mentally preparing to have to repaint the whole wall or even the whole room, but I didn't! Simple touch up and no one is any the wiser."

"Have done business with this location for over 8 years, until today. Never again will I set foot in an establishment that does not want to listen to what the customer's requirements are before deciding what product they recommend. And then when you have to talk over them to tell them what you actually need, they get an attitude and say that we must have a language barrier and that maybe I can find the product somewhere else. In fact, I DID find it somewhere else, $4/gallon cheaper and IN STOCK. Good luck treating loyal customers who have spent $1000s with you, like your business is not wanted. And if the owner decides to respond and tell me how much experience his crew has...well, experience with an attitude is useless. Unless you can converse with a customer without being a you know what, it does not matter how much experience you have. BTW, I called your "competitor" Benjamin Moore dealer and got an explanation of the product line and a recommendation on what I needed, quoted me a price and sold me all they had in stock and ordered more...all in 5 painless minutes. So I am thinking the language barrier is not with me, rather the barrier was lack of knowledge of your own products."
