"I also requested a diagnostic review of an obvious radio system defect. Quite often when I receive an incoming phone call and then the call is ended the radio goes crazy and blares so loudly it seriously hurts your ears and the radio volume control does not allow me to turn it down or turn it off. I was advised that the problem simply required a software update which they say was performed but this did not resolve the problem. I’ll be contacting the service department again next week. Jerry in the Service Dept was very personable with a great customer service attitude. Now I just need to get this problem resolved."
