Take 5 Oil Change

"I hate these kind of places. The only reason I went here is cuz I'm out of town and couldn't get to my regular garage to get the oil changed. They want all your information, name, address, phone number, email. There's no reason for that. Then the upsells begin, oh, you have a synthetic oil engine so you need synthetic oil. No, I don't. I watch them upsell the old lady in front of me for air filters, cabin air filters, windshield wipers. People get screwed. It took me 28 minutes just to get in and another 7 minutes before they actually started working on my car. They told me my engine takes more oil than it does to put it over the five court limit by .1 quart. Then the dude told me that the bolts on my skid plate were stripped and he couldn't put it back on. They were completely busting my balls. I have a 2018 with 40k miles. I would rather buy a new car every 3000 miles than come here again."

"I had a great hood mechanic at the azalea rd. Location. He was very patient and helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure my car was safe. His name is Anthony Jones and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed for my vehicle."

"It was fairly quick and I got a discount because I am a veteran. The mechanic didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. It was nice not having a pushy mechanic. They didn't have the oil that Hyundai usually puts in my car so I wasn't sure about it. He explained in detail all of the oils and what he thought would be best for my car. I really appreciated that. It cost more than I thought it would have even with the discount but it probably did because of the convenience. I highly recommend them."
