I started my process in April of 2023.. you’re told to wait 6 months to get your permanent set.. it’s been 10 months and I’m still waiting… IMPOSSIBLE to get them on the phone.. I’ve had to go there twice just to get in touch with them.. I had my final impressions taken last October and it’s now February and still no answers."

"i DO NOT RECOMMENDTHIS PLACE TO ANYONE EVER! This is a SCAM BUSINESS! They get you in w/ low prices for dental work, you pay for everything up front. It is to say the least that Dixie Dental will be your worst dental nightmare that you will ever experience ever! Then after they pull your teeth, hack your gums up, cram a set of non-fitting dentures with paper towels holding them into your mouth while still bleeding profusely, then push, yes, push you out the door. you are allowed 2 visits after 6 wks go by, after those two visits you are red flagged. no more appointments, they will not answer your calls, or acknowledge you in any way. DO NOT buy a package, they will give you the healing set of dentures but not your permanent set of dentures. Thats over $600 they just beat you out of. If you try to dispute anything, they call the police and you are now a TRESPASSER ON THEIR PROPERTY! (hence the signage on the walls inside). My advice is to go somewhere else from the start. It's a HACK SHOP, like waking up in a tub full of ice with your kidney missing, or, you can find out for yourself like i did!"

"I got lower implants here. Waited six months for them. I came for five visits in one month. Not for good reasons either. Had to have stitches redone twice. Told come back in a week after extractions. Arrived only to be told swelling was still there after a week. Which should have been obvious. Temporary denture didn’t fit. After being adjusted. The wait is awful. I mean hours of wait time. They are quick to get your money, though. After that, get ready to wait. I refuse a soft liner, after waiting and hour. Told them I’ll get my own soft liner. Even though I paid for it with them. They cost more now, for everything. It’s just not worth it. Go somewhere else, if you want a professional experience. I was suppose to go back for top dentures, but never did."
