"They'll install hardwood floors (that they also lie about the quality of) while illegally not checking for excess moisture under the house. They've been doing things like this a long long time. Ask their employees. Don't trust this company, especially the bosses. If you think about using them, at least research, and then take one of their ashamed employees off to the side and ask them. You should easily be able to spot dishonesty when somebody wants your money. There's an endless amount of better companies to choose from if you need something done that they can't screw you over with."

"Came in ready to purchase carpet and we picked which roll we wanted. Lady told us we would have to come back later in the day because she was busy. We gave her phone number said she would call us back later in the day to come get it. She called a few hours later and said she would be unable to get the roll ready today and that she would call us later. Never got another call from her. Purchased our flooring from Home Depot instead."

"The first time I went in to purchase flooring I was told that they would need to come and measure my room. They said it would be within a couple of days but it was a week and a half. That day he told me he would go back and configure my cost and get back with me within 15 minutes. They never got back with me. Instead I went back to their shop to get my costs. I decided to continue to ask about different flooring while there. I was given a couple of quotes but then the girl got on the telephone and left me waiting for prices. I waited patiently but she continued to talk on the phone looking up numbers for other people while I continued to wait. I finally walked around with in her eyesight to remind her I was waiting. She continue to ignore me so I walked to the door and waited to give her one more chance. When she refused to acknowledge me I decided to leave and gave my business to someone else who appreciated me."
