"Worst salon experience EVER! Their "best" stylist colored me hot pink instead of red! And had the audacity to tell me bright red can not be achieved in one coloring. I dye my hair mermaid, galaxy, rainbow, etc. Not only is it possible, but it's possible with five other colors all at once! And I called for a "follow up"with someone else, trying to give this salon another chance due to it's extremely short distance from my home. They wouldn't return my calls and when I finally spoke to the owner she said she was booked out for months in advance. Straight BS! If you have no idea what you're doing just say so, don't mess up a woman's hair, then insult her intelligence, AND make her pay for it!!! They should be ashamed"
