"I have been a patient of Dr. Little for years. Communication can be awful. I’ve stuck with him because he’s a black dentist but I’ve gotten my share of terrible experiences. I don’t get how the office can certainly call you to cancel an appointment (which has happened to me numerous times while under him) but not to notify you when you have a balance until the balance is outrageous. Today, He refused services after telling me to come back a week ago because of a balance that I had no idea about until I went in there. Why wasn’t I ever notified about this! I was told he’s frustrated due to people not paying. I’m not one of those people so you have to be careful how you handle your patients. He’s so on and off and instead of him coming to talk to me he sent a tech which was so unprofessional!! GOLD TEETH has certainly taken over his facility. He seems to not care about regular patients! I’ve stood the test of time until today. Poor example of business."
