"This is the best dentist office I've ever been to. Dr. Crawford and his staff are very professional and helpful. They truly care about their patients and are very good at explaining everything step by step. The check in/check out process with Michele was so easy and she's always super nice. You can really tell she loves her job. Even when I call to make an appointment, she's amazing every time. I don't recall the name of the lady that cleans my teeth, but she's always done a fantastic job. Highly recommend this dentist office!"

"I believe that it is fair to report treatment of patients from public service providers. 1/22/24, i contacted Crawford dental as instructed by VA. I spoke to Michelle to set up and appointment. She did not use active listening skill because she wanted to complete my sentences for the services i needed her company to provide. I maintain professionalism with her even though she it wasn't extended to me. Once I share with her my reason for calling, she told me to hurry up because she has a patient wanting. I kindly told her to manage that patient and good bye. It's unfortunate that one apple can destroy a bunch. But if this is the individual representative the company, they need to revisit their employees. This was a horrible experience."

"Dr. Crawford is by FAR the best dentist in Mobile. I had the misfortune of trying a few dentists over the years before I finally found Dr. Crawford & I will NEVER go to another dentist again as long as I live! He doesn't over book patients, I've never had to wait in his waiting room longer than 6 or 7 mins, if you have a dental emergency they get you right in, he genuinely makes the work as painless as he possibly can, he's super nice & easygoing, and he does the work VERY efficiently. He doesn't run back and forth between patients making you wait an hour for a 20 min procedure. Once he gets you in the chair, he focuses on you & what you need, he gets it done, and you're out of there! Even his assistants are EXTREMELY impressive & do amazing work! I've never seen a dentist or dentist office operate as efficiently and impressively as Dr. Crawford's!"
