Reviews
"This place is great, very hidden and out in the sticks, was checked in and loaded in about 1/2 an hour, the guys were very friendly and 2 forklift operators loaded me, don't mind coming here."
"I had to take down my negative review from before. Today, everyone (scalehouse and forklift operators) was courteous, quick, and helpful. There must have been some changes in personnel since my last time loading here."
"Fork lift guy was disrespectful, rude and obnoxious!! He loaded my truck in a timely manner but didn't respect the customers product by intentionally driving fast through muddy water."
"Everytime we pick A load up from here it gets worse! This time they changed the loading process. We have a Curtian side so one of us has to get out and move the support poles and the curtains. 3 guys, 3 tow motors, 3 sets of rules, 3 different men telling husband what to do! Need I explain more??? The older big ¹/² bald guy was yelling at my husband after the other guy had told him to do something. This went on & on. One tells you to get out of truck, move Curtain then big older half bald guy screams to get back into truck. Insane! My husband was pulled 3 directions over and over again. Then upon leaving we were told to not come back! This 1/2 bald guy needs anger management ASAP! He's mental & going to crack one day. One guy even told my husband to throw 1 strap in the back to secure then finish around the building. The old man went nuts! No strapping here. Have to drive around 4 bends to secure. That's safe, especially with multiple tow motor ops FLYING around not paying a lick of attention! They've always been rude & nasty here but this was the worst. We're glad to not come back to this hell hole. We've had customers thank us repeatedly for being patient, working quickly, being on time. We own our own, we've been doing this a long time, Never have we been treated this way. 3 rules made up by 3 different loaders. Unacceptable and we don't need the stress that comes with the bad vibes this place has. Everyone is so angry! Maybe it's in the water!"
