Salon Luxury Nail

"For the love of god do not spend your money here. My cousin and i came in and waited an hour and a half just to get our nails done. My color was completely different than the color swatch and the nails are lumpy and terrible. I asked for coffin and she gave me square. All the nails are slanted and none of them are even. I got dip with tips and it was beyond not worth it. The lady doing my nails also stopped in the middle of it to work on two other people. Please don’t waste your money or time here."

"I just went to get a basic fill in pedicure, and my daughter toes and nails painted. I left with a damaged nail bed and exposed meat. I had a broken off nail when I came in ( the tip was broken off). She used a nail tip to pry off the remaining acrylic. Literally ripped my nail off my nail bed. She could see it was hurting me continued to do it and even after she saw blood continue to rip my the acrylic off my nail bed that she damaged. I asked her to put glue on it is it could heal without exposing the meat. She proceeded to cut the nail that she ripped off and the only protection the exposed meat had. Proceeded to ask me I wanted her to used dip powder on it. I told her no I don't want anything on it then she wrapped a bandage on it. She rushed through my pedicure. $135 and no discount or apology for the damage she has caused to my nails. And they couldn't even do the design I wanted. Please see picture. Don't waste your time money or energy…..disgraceful and I will never return again."

"I’m highly dissatisfied with the service I received. The nail tech had absolutely no manners sniffing and coughing directly on me while trying to perform a service that was poorly done. My nails are shaped incorrectly my polish is lumpy, I even had to go to the extent of tell this lady that while she was filing my nail bed she was shaving so much it burned. I never want to visit this SHACK again!!! The name actually needs to be changed from Luxury Nails, I know Luxury and this definitely wasn’t it. To ME -ME the owner of the business you need to reevaluate your staff and make the staff reflect the name of your company. My rating if I could would definitely be a 0."

"truthfully the worst experience i’ve had at a nail shop, my nails are bumpy, uneven, and she wasn’t able to do the simple design i asked for and have it look good. really disappointed didn’t even want to pay for them. wouldnt come here again also super unsanitary, wouldn’t recommend coming here if you want nice nails and a clean environment"

"I’ve been coming here for years, but lately every time I go I can’t get any service out of them. I am always told to come back 2 or 3 days later as if they know my schedule. They only wants to deal with white people to me anyways. I’ve watched how white people can come in at anytime and get service done it doesn’t matter if it’s a manicure or pedicure. I am very upset that they make a difference like they do. In a business money is money. They are always short staffed and when you do get a chance to get service there is a long wait for hours, but white people get in get out. Another thing if you’re not consistent in going to get service their whole attitudes changes with you as if you’re just suppose to wait on them for service. I do not care to support them anymore after what I’ve experienced the last couple of times I’ve been there. I hope others consider in taking their coins elsewhere as well. Please black people wake up your money is not appreciated here at all."
