"Dr is wonderful I love this place. I was seen at northcutt dental on schillingers Rd for a tooth that had broken off under the gum they tried to refer me to an Orel surgeon for said they could not get it out. I came in for a second opinion from doctor Robinson and he laughed at them and said he could get it out I was in a lot of pain and asked if he could get it out today August 30th 2022 he said yes if we can numb it we can pull it so he got it all numb and had it out in minutes and so nice and his staff is beyond sweet I recommend him to everyone"
"Always get me in and out with no problems."
"I had a panic attack in the parking lot after my last visit here. He and his staff are by far the rudest and most insensitive people I’ve ever encountered anywhere. He kept telling me I was ‘too pretty’ for my teeth to be in the shape that they’re in and told me I was a liar when I explained how they’d ended up in that condition. He didn’t even let me finish a sentence before he was interrupting to tell me I was lying. Literally everything he said within the first 10 minutes was commenting on my appearance, not discussing the reason I was there. His dental hygienist, who was new a few months ago and I regret not getting her name, was just as rude and had numerous degrading comments of her own. They left me utterly speechless. I’ve never had people treat me this way for no apparent reason. I guess they just immediately made assumptions about me and decided I was lesser and should be treated as such. They have zero empathy, compassion, or will to maintain one’s dignity. I would not let them trim my dog’s nails, much less return for dental work or refer anyone to them for any reason. I’ve never had anyone make me feel as worthless and humiliated as these people did. Women especially, stay away. Stay far, far away from this place. This is one of the only times I’ve ever wished I’d been recording on my phone."
"Awful very rude staff. Also extensive termite damage on outer walls"
"Very unprofessional, rude, wound up refusing to let them do work on my girlfriend. Wouldn't even give a ballpark figure on price without paying for consultation. Dixie dental, or northcut dentistry the wait is a little longer but that's my recommendation!"
