"I have been going here for years and usually have a good experience, however the last time they messed up my hair. I came in for HIGHLIGHTS and left with a “balayage.” The only way they would fix it is if I went to the same stylist. Why would I go to the same stylist when my hair was botched the first time. Like be fr. I had to go to another salon to get it fixed. I think the photos speak for themselves."
