"Do not recommend got lashes on the 16th they came off Sunday the 17th went to get repaired the 18th was told to come back went back 19th and was told they can fix FIRST AND LAST VISIT!!"

"I usually don’t leave reviews but multiple times I have tried to come before 6:30 for eyebrows and lashes, and she denies me services each time because she closes at 7! I called and asked her, and she said as long as I could get there before 6:30 that she could take me. I rushed there from work and I got there before 6:30 and she denied me service anyway! The waiting area was completely empty! If you don’t want people coming after 6pm, then your business hours should reflect that and you should advertise to close at 6 instead of 7. That is so inconsiderate of people’s time and gas! Horrible business owner!"

"I did not come to this location but I went to your location on roebuck parkway and service is horrible. I am a first time customer and went there 3-17-23 for lashes by Nira. The very next morning my lashes on the left comes up at the beginning of the eye. I goes back to the location the very next day she takes all the lashes off and completely redo the lashes. Ok here it is 3-19-23 and I wake up that same eye the lashes are dang near completely off and hanging on in the middle I will never use your service again cause I usually keep my lashes up close to 3 weeks. I feel y'all owe me a refund or a partial refund cause this is ridiculous!!!!!"
