"No treatment appointment ever matched the description I was given at the last. Lots of promises undelivered including the day I was expecting to get permanent crowns and instead Dr Wiltz told me I'd never be happy with the results of his treatment plan (the only one presented as a viable option) despite my assuring him that I was committed to the plan and was there in the office to proceed with whatever he had ready for the appointment. I guess he didn't like that I was carrying the temporary partials in a Ziploc bag but it's only because he never gave me a case for them. I wasn't an overly complimentary patient and that seems to have made a difference because I was fired that day instead of receiving the permanent crowns I had been waiting *months* to get. It's a compounded hurt because of my past which I had told Dr Wiltz about multiple times. There have been several dental repairs over the decades and all left unfinished at the point of needing permanent crowns and I had cried in his office multiple times over how nervous I was that it would be the same thing over again. He repeatedly assured me that he would not allow that. He promised we would completely restore my mouth and I would be returned to better function and I would get my smile back. Instead he took out the remaining back molars and then 8-9 months later, told me I'd never be happy with the results and fired me. Now I have issues with breathing, chewing, swallowing, hearing and I am beginning to be difficult to understand when speaking whether or not I have the top partial in (bottom won't fit, draws blood so I haven't even tried in 6 months). I was promised to get my smile back and instead I am so far broken I no longer have hope of fixing it. 18 months. A fortune in money I cannot replace. This was not money I had to lose. It was money I desperately needed to use to repair my mouth and dental function so I can eat a regular meal for the first time in 3 years. With having wasted all that time and money with Wiltz I no longer have the capacity to seek treatment elsewhere. I really really wish I had."
