"This was my first time using this salon. I'm new to the area and the state. I was surprised there was only one stylist working. But Ladondra was very sweet and took my number and texted me within 25 minutes to have my hair cut. She was very personal and a good stylist. She handled all of us (4 customers)very professionally. I was highly impressed because I would normally think someone would be a little or a lot frazzled handling all this alone. If this salon is looking for someone with quality management skills, I would highly recommend Ladondra."
"I was calling about a price to get my hair done in a week. Heather the employee who answered the phone was rude said she doesn't have time for a phone call she has to get back to a color. I would much rather not gotten an answer then have such a rude answer that she doesn't have time to do my hair today when I was inquiring about a price for a future date. someone really needs to show her customer service if you're too busy to take a phone call don't answer the phone instead of being rude with your smart comments."
"I went to get my haircut and the stylist refused me service because my service animal was there. I told her he's a service animal and he's allowed to be there and that he'd just sit by the trash can. She said she wasn't cutting my hair if my service animal was there"
