But Ladondra was very sweet and took my number and texted me within 25 minutes to have my hair cut. She was very personal and a good stylist. She handled all of us (4 customers)very professionally. I was highly impressed because I would normally think someone would be a little or a lot frazzled handling all this alone. "I was calling about a price to get my hair done in a week. Heather the employee who answered the phone was rude said she doesn't have time for a phone call she has to get back to a color. I would much rather not gotten an answer then have such a rude answer that she doesn't have time to do my hair today when I was inquiring about a price for a future date. someone really needs to show her customer service if you're too busy to take a phone call don't answer the phone instead of being rude with your smart comments."
