He said it would be $200 to get them out but he’d be there in an hour. I agreed, knowing it’s a lot but willing to pay for the time. After an hour I called to ask for an ETA and he said he could have someone there in 30 minutes - on top the hour it had already been. I asked about it, and he yelled that he didn’t need to come help me even though I’d already paid. He yelled and cussed at me until I hung up the phone and called AT&T to cancel the payment."
