"Was really happy to find this super cute salon especially after I learned the owner knows how to razor cut hair but literally just had the weirdest experience where I was asked how much length I wanted to loose without first being asked what I actually wanted to do other than whether I wanted to shampoo. Err.....??? Also, I've never had a stylist tug on my hair quite so much which I might have overlooked except sadly, this is not the first time a stylist who I thought would give me a good hair cut failed to do so and instead left me with a weird choppy cut I now need to get fixed. Bonus at least this haircut wasn't as expensive as some of my prior disastrous cuts. Definitely, feeling disappointed that my fine straight hair has proved a challenge for yet another stylist."
