"Trash is all I can say. Brought in because of something that should have been warranty work which is what we was told on the phone by George well well well charged 112$ was told brass is normal in a fuel system and then every light on my dash was on never once had a light been on before I would go see a 10 year old child with a plastic tool set before I go see these goons GM is represented very poorly by this place. I got a fuel pump from another dealership and had my mechanic change it in the pictures there is plenty of brass which was told by Lynn Layton service manager that it was fine."

"I wouldn’t recommend the service department to add air to your tire. I was given the run around from them a couple of years ago. Had my say and left and never went back. I’ve got a younger brother that carried his car to them a couple of weeks ago and it was lie after lie. Don’t trust anything they tell you, because it is most likely not true. I honestly don’t see how this place stays in business treating people the way they do. Someone needs to remind them we are the customers and should be treated like one!!"

"I dropped a 2021 Colorado at this dealership for transmission repair at 50,000 miles. This truck has been at the service center for roughly 6 months without me hearing a word from them. I have called many times in this time frame, only for them to tell me they are waiting on one more part. They will not tell me what part they are waiting on either. I do not recommend this dealership."

"It has taken them 2 hours to call me about the price of fixing 1 flat tire! Ive been at work all night for 12 hours, i have to be back again, with an 1hour and 25min drive home because i dont live in Decatur! I have to say 2 hours is an outrageous amount of time to get information on one single tire! Wal mart couldve been alot faster but Chevy roadside insisted i take my car there! Im beyond upset!"

"I would like to say not to prefer this collision center. they don't maintain proper documentation on Car In and Car out dates. They don't work for customers they work for Insurance companies to give profits to them. they print wrong dates on invoice and insurance companies wont pay for actual car rental days. Managers here not very responsible to customers, they give you very Irrelevant answers. *** Very Bad Service They waster my time and Money ***********"
