The first time they did a lot of repair work on a Ford focus of mine; charged less than what other people quoted me, charged less than what they initially quoted me, And had the car ready for me in 2 days. Based on the repairs that I needed, having it out in 2 days was an amazing feat. Second time I brought in my truck for rebalancing of the tires and replacing brake rotors. They had it in and out in the same day, and charged less again than other people were quoting me. I will always bring my business here. Just know that they stay busy; if you want business with them you're going to have to bring in your car as soon as they open."

"ZERO STARS! My advice is to save you hard-earned money, and go elsewhere for quality service, and pricing. I was charged a total of 1784.00 for repairs on my car, and I'm still having problems.I didn't have any major work done, and still paid almost 1800. Norman, the owner, says that he guarantees his work, but that's only when he chooses to deal with you. If he has engine jobs to do, you will be placed on the back burner!, and then maybe he'll look at your vehicle. He also told me that even if he looks at my car, he will charge me again! He's more concerned about getting new money, rather than satisfying all of his customers. I've had to bring my car back a few times because some of the work wasn't done correctly. I recently spoke with him on two occasions, and he flat-out REFUSED to look at my car, was rude, and hung up on me on both calls. Norman needs to learn how to speak to people, and treat others the way he wants to be treated! If it wasn't for the customers, he wouldn't have a business at all! If he spent good money for a service, he would also expect quality, as well as a great overall experience. His wife, and the mechanics were very nice though.I should've spent my money elsewhere, and DO NOT RECOMMEND HIS BUSINESS AT ALL!"
