"I have my hair cut and colored by Dwayne Mathews for some years now. I follow him where he goes. He does an excellent job. He has even cut my husband's hair. If you want a perfect cut and color, he is the guy to go to. He listens and then he executes your wishes perfectly. I noticed too over the years that his work ethics are outstanding which is rare now days. I would highly recommend Dwayne!!! Bravo for the owner that hired him!! Keep up the good work!!"
"Promise cuts my 6 year olds hair, and does a really good job! She’s very patient with him and I appreciate that! Thank you Promise!"
"Very unpleasant experience here. My husband and I came in and he wanted a fade with some shortage on the top. The guy did a horrible job with the fade and blatantly did not follow my husband's wants that he expressed to the man. He told him for the fade he wanted it in a steady line around his head. But it wasn't, it is more of a drop fade. How do they expect to have good business and cut hair when they cant even follow simple directions and visual representation provided from the customer? He asked the guy to go back and fade it out more, but when he did, he did the largest guard and wasn't even cutting any hair. The worst service. Barbers, stylists, whoever, seriously need to consider the importance of a haircut and the confidence it can give and also take a way from a person. If you can't focus on perfecting a haircut, then you should heavily consider changing your job. (Also photos have been posted of this uneven haircut, just under photos)"
"I knew I shouldn’t have but I did, I took my daughter there for a haircut this was her first real hair cut. I called before I got there to see if they were good with kids and curly hair the lady was rude and said everyone was equally talented. Well we get there the lady that cut her hair was nice the other lady’s did not look professional and they were rude. I explained the haircut, shoulder length and a little shorter in the back... it ended up being way to short and everything was the same length. Horrible now her hair is to short to try to fix it and I can not get it to look right!!"
