"I PAID FOR THE $50 pedi plus a $5 charge for removing polish (see photos below for details) it lasted 20 minutes with cild water, requested to add hot 4 times and when she did she pulled my feet out… ??? hello no soak nothing but hot wax and hot towels is the only thing that was done!!! Started with hot stones…. even they were( the HOT STONES) Was COLD then that massage lasted maybe 5-10 minutes(@most) on my legs, I paid for a new complete set on my finger nails, REQUESTED THE tuxedo shape NOT EVEN CLOSE to that shape! ; Then (A man- nail tech) was clueless about the shape he didn’t know what A Tuxedo shape was, AFTER I looked and showed it to him on my phone AND THIS IS A TUX CUT…not!! PLUS LOL my nails are sticking upwards AND CROOKED TIPS are(almond shaped;NOT A TUXEDO SHAPE) PEOPLE…. I HAVE R. A. HE KEPT PULLING MY FINGERS UP explaining the reasons why My fingers wouldn’t bed down) IS THAT why My nails are pointing upwards instead of straight. I AM A COSMOPOLITAN AND he was hurting me and he was rude then I TOLD HIM GET DONE WITH THEM UP OR I WAS LEAVING!!! (I WISH I WOULD HAVE WALKED)Even my friends and family asked me where I go? Then expressed to me that my KISS GLUE ON NAILS LOOKED SO MUCH BETTER AND PRETTY(they didn’t know that they were glued on’s), Why did I change it…. HINDSIGHT would have been cheaper and look better!! I WILL NEVER EVER STEP IN THAT SALON AGAIN!!!!!!"

"They use the bags to line the tubs but don't clean the tubs in between.I looked down after she pulled the bag out and was disgusted at the nastiness in the bottom of the drain. After I got up they put a new bag in the tub. Not cool!"

"My nails were done horrible I just got them done literally Saturday night & the girl rushed them & made them super big, she did not sand the acrylic down instead she used a nail file, I even went back & asked her to fix them because I was not pleased with my service & she rushed through them again not caring how they looked & she also charged me $65 for this mess. I do believe her name is AMANDA ! I will never be comin back here & I usually get great service !"
