"Not only was the staff all over the place with scheduling and rescheduling multiple times, the lady on their phone is extremely rude and incompetent of customer service, scoffing at the patient over the phone when describing my pain and making rude, judgemental comments as if she were above me. Hopefully they can get their business in order and hire more professional office staff than what they presently have."

"The ladies up front are rude as hell! The dentist is fantastic but he really needs new ladies working the desk/new assistants. They are snobby and stuck up. Went in to see about getting a tooth fixed and they didn’t help in any way. They would roll there eyes and have rude comments. NEVER EVER will go there neither will any of my family. Don’t let there smiles fool you!"

"Front desk staff was very friendly however I don’t care for the dentist that I saw. I went in with tooth pain , they did an X-ray and said that I needed a wisdom tooth pulled and the tooth in front of it needed either a root canal or to be extracted as well. They gave me pricing for both, wrote me a prescription for an antibiotic and told me to call when I was ready to schedule the procedure. 2 weeks later I called to schedule the procedure because the tooth had broke and was causing me pain. The front desk clerk informed me that the dentist put a note on my file saying that I needed to go see an oral surgeon. I asked her why because when I was in the office they said that they could do it and she wasn’t sure why and didn’t provide an explanation. She referred me to 2 different oral surgeons in the area. I called and scheduled the appointment with the oral surgeon but they didn’t have appointments for several weeks so I called them back and asked for more antibiotics because I was in pain, it was literally like pulling teeth to get him to prescribe me anything. First of all, don’t tell your patient that you can extract the teeth and when they call to schedule it refer them outside. At the end of the day, I just feel like the dentist didn’t want to deal with me. I wouldn’t need more antibiotics if he had honored what he said during my first appointment and pulled the teeth in house. As of today then the antibiotics have worn off and I still have another week until my surgery and he refused to write me anymore. To me, he didn’t have my best interest at heart so I will not be returning."
