"I've been here a total of 4 times. I have left happy with my nails and service every time. I've got tips, so I go in for fill ins. It takes me a month to make my way back in for a full, but the polish and nails stay intact. I've never had any break or the polish look rough. Very chill atmosphere. Everyone is easy to talk to and checks in with you while doing your nails. I won't go anywhere else"

"I went to Shoals Nail & Spa after another salon ruined my nails & caused a lot of pain to them. They were so sweet & constantly checked to make sure that it didn't hurt me worse when they were taking the nails off. The other salon didn't listen to anything I wanted done & gave me a horrible nail job but Shoals Nail & Spa gave me exactly what I wanted! THIS is where I'll be going from now on! They were amazing & so sweet!!"

"I went here for the first time last week to get a gel fill in and the staff was all very nice, however I left pretty unpleased. I went in to get a gel fill in, which starts at $40. As he is doing my nails he removes 2 nails that were too weak to be filled, but never says anything about extra charges. He also asked me if he did my nails last time and I told him "No this my first time here." This is where I think I messed up and why I felt taken advantage of in the end. When I went to pay the woman said $58... I didn't get any designs or anything special other than solid gel polish so I was really confused why it was $18 more. So I asked why it was $58 and the man who did my nails spoke up and said he charged me for a FULL SET for replacing the 2 nails. I did not receive a full set. I received 2 new nails and a fill in (might I add all the polish is peeling off a week later). I was never told before he took them off or after that I would be charged the full set price so I left paying $20 more than I intended all for a fill in. I'm not sure if this is normal, but I have never experienced or heard of this before and definitely think they should inform customers instead of blindsiding them. -- I do want to add that everyone was all very nice, even though I didn't have the best end experience."

"I always come here for my pedicures and they always do a great job. They make sure their work is perfect. First time getting my nails done here and He did such a great job. He took the challenge of drawing the designs and he completed it phenomenally. They made my birthday special."
